Insomnia Is Real

What happens when you can't sleep at night? I for one blog. Here I sit on the floor of a bathroom at a hotel in St. George, so I don't wake up the friends I'm here with. The wifi is super slow so it is taking a while to do this post. This outfit is pretty simple. But I love this shirt!! My sister brought it back from Paris for me. The sleeves are sheer so you can wear this in the summer without getting too hot. Perfect for a baseball game right? Plus, it's from Paris. Too bad I wasn't with here in Paris when she got it, maybe we will have to take a special trip to Europe and go shopping Shelby! ;)

Camo

A little something you probably don't know about me is that I'm kind of a wannabe country girl at heart. I love camping, I love fishing, I love country music ALL the time (and no, Taylor swift is not country), I love horseback riding, I love shooting guns, I love the mountains, and I have this fantasy that I'll live on a ranch one day. However, that probably will never happen because that's where the wannabe comes in.. I definitely still like my civilization too. Growing up I was determined to be a city girl, that was a corporate business woman, who lived in a sky-rise in NYC. But growing up with my grandpa, that slowly starts to fade. So I'm confused in the middle somewhere... Anyway, I love camo and can we take a second to thank whoever is bringing it back in, and hope it stays FOREVER? Thhis is also the same tank I work in this post here. Today I'm excited to get to have a family day in Salt Lake! Hope you have a wonderful Thursday. It's almost the weekend. Yay!!!

Aztec Eskimo

What up? What Up? I would tell you something exciting about life, but in reality it's pretty boring these days. I go to class, come back and do some homework, Netflix is one of my best friends. It just gets me and is always there for me no matter what. Shout out to Netflix. The weather here is soooo bipolar. Why did I call this post Aztec Eskimo? Because, that is what I feel like. I check the weather, it says snow and cold weather, so I dress semi warm but try not to look like an actual eskimo. But let me tell you, it's pretty awesome when you think it's going to be cold outside so you dress warm, and then... bam! It's not cold... So you walk to class and are burning up once you get inside the building. Oh well at least I had some style while I was frying on the inside!! Thank you Rexburg for this awesome bipolar weather, we love it! Sincerely all the students up here (spoken so sarcastic that it will never come through correctly via internet but you get the idea:) ) Secretly I'm okay with it though, because I like layers, long sleeves, and boots!

If you can't tell I REALLY like this necklace... So kinda stinks that it's not available anymore. But a gold chain link necklace can seriously be paired with almost anything! Can't beat that. I love this cardi, but I wish I would have gone down one size, it kind of fits big, but I still love it! The pants.... hold up, so great!! H&M saves me once again!!:) 19.99 for black jeans? Did I mention they have other colors? Yeah, prime steal right there! And they are comfy. Sometimes I ask myself if I actually have jeans on ;) but really they are GREAT! Ohhh and before I forget thank you SOOO much to Michelle for taking these pics. Check out her blog chadandmichellehamilton.blogspot.com where she writes super cute posts about her and her husband's adventures together!

Fake Spring Break!

If you didn't know BYU schools don't have a spring break.... Yeah, not cool. So I decided to take one anyway, because sometimes you just need a Spring Break/girls weekend! I LOVE baseball.. So it's kind of funny that there is a baseball tournament going on down in St. George while I'm here.

I thought this shirt, a pair of boyfriend jeans, with some vans, and a small satchel was the perfect outfit to start off this fake spring break weekend. It’s fun being down in St. George. I have a ton of family down here and I love hanging out with them. My cousin recently just bought into this restaurant called Twenty Five Main. SO GOOD!! It’s a cute little cafĂ© on Main Street and if you are ever in St. George you should definitely check it out. They seriously have the best cupcakes. Who doesn’t love cupcakes?? Let me know what you guys think, and make sure to like them on Facebook!! Thanks for stopping by, hope you all have a happy Friday, and if you’re on a real spring break do some extra partying for me:)
